NAME CHANGE
The necessity for a legal name change may arise from marriage, divorce, adoption, or simply because you dissatisfied with your current name, or want to change your child’s or family last name. There are number of reason when you cannot change your name, such as for fraudulent purpose as avoiding debt or name is offensive and obscene. To change name a person has to file a petition with the court citing the reason for a desire to change a name. If petition is approved court release an order to a name change.
